Hello to All,
Ive been shooting traditional flat bow for many years, and can now devote more time to this.
I would very much like to get involved with other folks in the area who are interested in primitive archery, bow making etc.

I live in Vernon N.J. so if there is anyone in the area i would love to hear from you.

Welcome to the fire!  There's a 15 yr old kid in NJ that is quite the artist at making bows, but he hasn't been to active lately.  His username is youngbowyer.  I'm fortunate enough to have one of his eastern red cedar longbows.  Shoots like a dream when I build myself up to shooting a 65 lb bow!
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.

Bob,
There's a couple of us over in Putnam/Westchester County NY if you're interested. We usually get together a couple times a year. Look forward to hearing from you.
