why are siyah's so thick and heavy looking??



a molly bows    static are very small and light weight.
I would rather fail trying to do something above my means, Than to succeed at something beneath my means.

the limb they are glued to cant bend at all making it thicker in general and the glued on siyah need to be thick enough to not break off. this is just my uneducated answer though, someone will either elaberate on what i just say or completely trash it lol.

They should be thick but narrow, but only enough to give enough rigidity.
I've seen some that were over engineered.
If you want to see what they should look like then look at some old Turkish flight bows rather than modern 'manufactured' stuff.
