« on: November 02, 2013, 04:14:23 pm »
I have had this done for a while i just forgot to put up some pics...not great but its my first one and i am not a craftsman..It is elm sapling that i cut down with a deer leg bone point hafted with rawhide and pine pitch glue.  handles are leather lace with rabbit fur and some feathers.  Any suggestions or criticisms welcome i plan on making more.  Thanks enjoy

Id suggest a barb or 3 be added. As is, it will pull right back out and your fish will swim away. Still a cool project to undertake. Nice work.
Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.

Cool ,looks deadly to me,like Pearl said if I was going to use it for fishing I would put some barbs on it and seal the rawhide good also.  :)Nice work. :)
