My trade bow I recieved from Keenan
« on: August 17, 2013, 02:27:08 pm »
This bow loves 60-65 spine port orford cedar shafts......and I love this bow.  It shoots so sweetly and is so smooth to draw.

This is a up close video.

This is a video of me shooting the bow.

The bow is Pacific yew.....71" ntn and 59#@ 29" I usually draw 29"-30" depending on my stance.  The last two are not pictures they are videos.....the one with the grass is showing the bow up close.  Those arrows are 31 1/2" long.

+1 Gordon! I can testify to that. I love his signature tips.  You're a lucky guy Beetle!

Despite the deep love for the bow I received this year and the abiding respect and admiration for the guy that made it for me, I COVET YOUR BOW!  And it's an Old Testament level of covetousness.  If I am lucky, God will give me 40 years in the wilderness with lotsa animals to hunt for my giving in to temptation.

It has to be seen in person to really appreciate it....my photos barely do that.  I was completely flabbergasted when I saw that big white and who it was from.  I am very happy to have received it.  It fits me so well.

NICE!
Talking trees. What do trees have to talk about, hmm... except the consistency of squirrel droppings?

A Keenan bow...WOW. She looks sweet, as expected.
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.
