.......Soak in clean water few a few hours until beans start ta swell. Cut up organic onion in small slices plus organic, oregano, garlic an italian parsley. plus a little salt ifn ya use, plus pepper. Brown onion mixture add beans after browning and about 6-8 oz of cold water and stir and bring ta a boil . Take off range open cover stightly and cook brown rice in another pot. When done put beans in and mix mixture. Good eats. Oh yeah organic brown rice 2 gives a better taste. This meal sticks ta ribs and is a complete protein, no need fer meat will give ya carbs 2.
