Soft cases suck! My first drum kit cases were nylon/cordura bags, big mistake there. Its hard cases for me now.

You have a point but iv always wanted a white case :). It acts as a protectent also when its being lugged around.

Cool Man! I love the UKULELE. We have a big international uke fest here in Brown County the first weekend of June each year.  Called the UKULELE WORLD CONGRESS. Check it out on the intranet.  Like that case!! dp

Dang, boy, that is exactly what I have been planning on doing for my guitars, but never got around to it.  Sort of like a testimonial to my talent.  :P  ::) Did you insulate it with Styrofoam, and pad it with rubber foam?  Uke's are not the old Hawaiian, or "Aurthur Godfrey" style any more.  If you want to be blown away, by absolute talent, Google Taimane' Gardener!  She is absolutely phenomenol. 8)  She now plays, customized, ukes, and more like tenor guitars, but she plays in a manner never seen before.  She is having a ball all the while she is burning up the neck of the instrument.  Check her out! ;)
