I found this due east of Sierra Vista Arizona, Always wondered what style it was...

There is no sign of the tang on the other side being broken off it looks like this was intentionally made this way ?

Cottonwood triangle. it's a very late style arrowhead 700-200 years ago

Thanks Ryan thats exactly what it is after googling it. Some even had that one-sided tang like this one does. Appreciate your help as always.
