a first for me

this is my first all abo point, just hammer stones and a antler tine, I need to dig around for a smaller tine for the notches and i'll get them a bit deeper, feels weird making an abo point with man made material but what the hay :laugh:, bub

thank's guy's, it has some flaws but i'm kinda proud of this one, i'm hopeing to improve my percussion so I can dig into the rock I got from WillH and Cowboy, figure i'll work my way up from bottle bottoms and t.v. glass to the Georgetown and horse creek and the rest of the good rock instead of making it ALL gravel

     Great point!  8) Especially all abo.  But don't consider it "Man made" material.  Glass is melted silica.  Like obsidian, minus the other minerals.  Silica is basically sand.  Sand is small rocks.   ;)  Rocks are melted silica and other minerals, soooo........ " Whatcha got there is a gen u wine piece of prehistoric material, which you have lovingly, skillfully, and in traditional fashion, fashioned a gen u wine replicated arrow head, our ancestors would have used in a heart beat, and been proud to show it! ;)

Good one there Bub! Wish you could spend a few days at the house or vise versa. We'd wreck all kinds of rocks learning percussion.
