+1. Can't grow decent facial hair. Native blood prevails over the Russian with me. But the flip side is the hair on my head grows thick. Ponytail hanging into the quiver silences arrow rattle, too, so it's practical.

HAHA HI-larious Blackhawk!

Clint, this is a thread about beards not for you to show off your hunting prowess.

 ;) ;D ;Ddpg

Wasn't trying to Derik.  The only pics of me with a beard have dead deer in them.  Besides, did you see the shot placement  :-[  It was effective though.

I can grow a beard and have done so, but dang... it's gets itchy after about 10 days. Can't seem to get past that stage, so off it comes. The Boss don't like the wire brush on the mug much either!

Mine in 77-78 was about as long as Pat's when I was going to Saudi to work, Have to find some pictures to scan. I can't have one with work now, never know when a Chem' Plant is going to blow up or release ammonia.

You have to get a good seal on those respirators.  They make us shave once a year for a fit test but they don't say much about facial hair the rest of the year.

Have to keep mine this length or shorter so they don't whine at work.

Well as I said earlier I shaved clean last Halloween (7 1/2months ago). I shaved because I wanted to participate in No Shave November. My plan was to take a pic every day of November and watch the progress. Turns out I'm to lazy to take pics everyday. I did take some pics in the various stages of shaving.

And the Juan Valdez

Here is my current full frontal

For all you guys who can't grow one i say man up. Even my wife can grow one!

I love it Patrick... that's too Cool/Funny...  :)

Well I usually have some facial hair year round.
But I started growing out my full beard last September in prepration for a Pilgrimage to the Tennessee Classic.
Told my wife that I'd shave it when I returned from said Pilgrimage to the Classic.

Well I didn't make it to the Classic do to issues with "She Who Shall Not Be Named"...
So the Classic came and went...
"SWSNBN" says, "So the Classic is over, are you gonna shave?"
I looked at her and said with a loving smile, (which looks a lot like my War Cry Grimace under this hair)...
"I agreed to shave off my beard as soon as I returned from the Classic."
"And I will... Just as soon as I Get Back From the Classic..."
Good thing I like my Couch...

Looking forward to seeing Y'all at the "2014 Tennessee Classic"!   8)
My beard should be at least an inch longer by then...  :)

Ok you asked for it...First one was in 1994 about 14 years a growing with my Ernie dog at Black & Tan Days.
I cut it then 10 years later in 2004 joking around with some friends.
If I growed one now it would be pretty gray I'd say.
