Use what u have or go get some hemp string fm walmart,,or if u really want true abo look for some plant matter to twist into cordage!!! How about getting rawhid and making like a war club, u can get a big dog bone sok it in water unwrap it fold it over a egg shaped hammerstone twist it together and wrap the handle tight with leather thong or cordage..wa la clean only stone is exposed...I might have to considr trying both versions!!
