Somebody wanted me to post some pics of my progress on this bow when I posted a question on it a while back so here it is what I'm going to call a replica of a west coast with the exceptions of Knox glue and modern hand tools. Just put the second layer on four days a go so it will be a while before it shoots. Because the back was violated it didn't want to tiller it farther than brace height which looked fine but strung backwards one limb was obviously weaker, I left it as is because it will be the upper limb and I figured the sinew would change it any ways. The weaker limb now sits with 4" reflex and the stronger (and slightly wider) limb at 2.5" , ntn 48", roughly 1.5" wide, ash juniper. I'm still not sure what I'm going to do for paint.
