I use a 500lb round game scale that I weigh deer and hogs on. I'm not looking for extreme accuracy. Just general weight. Within a few pounds is plenty close for me.
Yup... I used to use one of those... but my old eyes were having a hard time seeing the numbers! I picked mine up at Cabela's, and yes, it was cheap. I still use it for weighting deer.
