unfortunately for me ive never seen yew, or osage as a tree. although i should say, i do remember the time i thought the white cedar out in front of our house was yew lol.

not looking to make anything from cherry. i know beggars can't be choosers but im looking to trade this. i'd rather make some board bows if i can find some ash. and also i have to much maple in my store so this is just taking up space. SS

Squirrelly boy... I don't get it... you have all this wood you're talking about, but you don't want to make any bows out of it? I don't understand your train of thought. Cherry is fine bow wood. So is maple. Even maple backed cherry. Fer Chrise sakes man... pick a piece of the wood and make a fargin' bow already!!!!
