It must be spring in South Dakota...
« on: April 10, 2013, 10:20:31 pm »

I shoveled for three hours just to get the vehicle out of the driveway.  I needed 4wd just to get around town.  If you look down the driveway toward the street you will see the four ft tall drift that wrapped around the hedge, blocking me in!

Please pray for me, if I can't get the heck out of here by the first of May, I will miss the Tennessee Classic!  I'm low on firewood and am completely out of buffalo.  They tell me it was just the neighbor's dog, but I'm thinking it's the wolves coming into town looking for the weak and sickly.

89 degrees here yesterday but a cold front is on the way for Friday, going to dip way down in the 50s.

We're pushing mid 80's now and even getting rain.  Here comes our S. Florida humidity!  Time to get back to living in nothin' but a bathing suit and flip flops.  I'll do a summertime dance for you around the fire tonight, JW.

Boy, now that is a fine looking frog pointer!  I could use a dog like that to get ready for fishing for channel cats.  Up here they seem to really love a frog as bait.  Dog like that could help me catch my weight in catfish, Roy!
