Some awesome tips and tricks here. 

Don’t mind the messy shop in the pic but here’s a couple of not so clear pics of my inverted tiller set up and scrape set up.  Essentially it’s a tiller tree turned upside down with couple pulleys at the top and one at the bottom to speed up tillering for the initial stage.  It speeds things up a bit between scraping and checking for tiller without moving the bow.

For those aggravated by scorching marks on the backs of bows from heat treating on forms wider than their bow......
I have an especially wide form to accomodate snaky bows.I tried a 5 yard sample of aluminum foil heat duct tape on the back of a bow once.

It worked great so I've bought 55 yards of the stuff.
