got my pearlie bow!!!, better pics/ full draw

pd and me made a mini bow trade, got mine today 3:00west coast time, 66" 59# @29" hhb/paduk tips, first I gotta say is this bow is beautifully, nice smooth draw and hits hard with my lamed birch arrows, I lined up two of my homemade targets, one stops most arrows and about half went thru both and into the fence, to bad I could only shoot 2 doz thru her . tore the cuticle off the 3rd finger on my shooting hand and it got sore, but at 12 yds I was making fist sized groups, thanks Chris, this is sweet brother, no full draw today, gonna go somewhere nice for that

Glad it made it all the way across safely bub. I hope it holds up and shoots great for years buddy. The finish is Tung oil and paste wax.

Nice bow! I like these mini trades. There is quite a few people on here I would love a bow from, PD being one of them.

Sweet bow, I have hhb coming out my ears and have yet to make a bow that has satisfied me. I think none of it was seasoned well enough. Hope my next will be close to that nice.

4 coats of Tung oil and 4 coats of wax on bubs bow. Im wishing Id tried it sooner Royberto. On the bow Im building for Dave, I started with one coat of shellac, then four coats of Tung Oil. The shellac base coat really livened up the grain. I will give it four coats of wax in a few days.
