This is one happy young bow owner.

Just thought I would pass this on:
My 8 year old nephew received his bow that I made for him. It is 50 in tt and 25# at 18 inches if I remember correctly. It is backed hickory heartwood that I was crazy enough to chase a ring on ( kinda had to had some bug damage.) I found a somewhat straight hickory log in my wood pile. It was my very first bow that I made. Just hoping to pass on a love for the outdoors and making bows. Does have a little character in the upper limb. Built it after I had knee surgery and couldn't work.
