Judging by the size, contracting stem with concave sides, and slightly "drooping" barbs I would say Levy point. The Levy point is a late archaic point (about 4000 yrs old) and may be derived from the earlier Newnan point form.
Most likely used as a knife. It looks like it has been resharpened and has a ding on the tip and one of the barbs.
