I made this as an experiment - It has the dreaded F word in it, that's why I posted it here... Delete if necessary

This one was interesting. It has a total of seven laminations, five hard maple and two fiberglass, for a total of .570" with a .009" taper. First I reduced the width to 1.25" at the handle and 3/4" at the tips, it was just under #100 @ 28"... so I reduced it further to 1.125" at the handle and 7/16" at the tips, now it is #70 @ 28"... It is 61" tip to tip and 60" nock to nock. Everything was getting way to skinny for my liking so that's where it sits now. Very lightweight, and very fast. Some pics -

Good lookin tiller on that bow. How do you know how much taper to use to get the right tiller?

Thanks for the compliments, I didn't know how accepting people would be with me using the F word

that's why it was an experiment  >:D

I had to tiller from the sides to get it where I wanted it. If I were to do it again I would use a more aggressive taper, maybe .010" or even .012" per inch.
