Tri color HC Dalton
« on: March 13, 2013, 07:12:01 pm »
This is my 4th Dalton ever and my first from this material. The funny thing about Horse creek is that the best pieces are usually small so this was about all I could get out of this rock. It wasn't much larger than the point when I started so I really had to thin with a quickness :) I thought it turned out pretty well. It's gonna live in my keeper case for a while I think  >:D

Nice point
Time, dedication, cuts, tons of broken rock, a wife, and perhaps a few girlfriends are some of what it takes in becoming a skilled flint knapper!!!
