If those are the only two options....then pyramid. Molly's are a more advanced design. Get a couple standard bows under your belt, then attempt a molly.

Not sure if a molly is harder to tiller,but certainly a lot more work to lay out and shape and have a lot less room for error!I don't think there a beginner project!I started with d's then flats then more complex designs.
