Cholla/Obsidian Knife

I took the obsidian blade Madcrow chipped out Saturday and hafted it up. I put it on a piece of cholla and added a erc butt cap to it.
I smoothed down a hunk of spalted ambrosia maple and added a piece of whitetail antler to make a display stand. I put a few pics of the knife and stand prior to finishing in the what did you do taday? Thread around the campfire.

when i'm working on things my ancestors worked, singing the songs my ancestors sang, dancing the same dances, speaking the same language, only then I feel connected to the land, THIS land, where my ancestors walked for thousands of years...
