Bummed

The weekend is here. I decided to stop on the way home at Lowes and get supplies to build some cane arrows like the sticky buildalong.
So, I got four nice straight canes, the glues, and headed to the nail section for the duplex nails.
They had em. In a monster 5 pound box. No small box. Sorry, I dont have 14 bucks for nails!
So, I guess I will build broadheads.
I have some stainless bandsaw blade that I'm going to cut into heads.
Wish me luck on my first arrow build!!!

There's a hardware store not to far from me they have them in bins you can get what you want I get there this week I'll pick some up & leave you know I can send you a couple.

I have the same setup here Rob. I will stop by this week sometime and pick up a few. That is nice of you to offer!
It is 8:20. I"m about to head out to the garage and get started straightening. I dont have a heat gun, but I do have a sweet little coleman single burner propane burner for camping that puts out some serious heat.
