First off, welcome aboard! Shoot the hell outta that old girl... if it breaks, it breaks... then you'll have to make yourself a bow! Maple is one of my favourite bow woods. If you have access to good hard maple, go for it. Send me your address in Zimbabwe, and I can look into sending you some leather for arm guards and tabs. I have $hit loads of leather scraps laying around collecting dust.
