You nailed it buddy! It was fun watching this thing take shape this morning! So much easier to tell someone where to remove wood and let them do all the work.  ;D

So is this gonna be your elk bow?

Hey thank you! Scott for making the time to tiller check over the phone with me! It was a nail biter for the last 4 ". Always good to have an extra set of eyes on it. Not sure if it is going to Co. or not but could be if it handles the summer of shooting it in.

Nice work on that stave.  Those humps and bumps are a pain to tiller around.  Looks like you tamed them into a nice even tiller.

For not being a "bow guy so much" you did an amazing job!  Could fool anybody!  What a nice bow!

I dont make bow often because I have to wear a respirator will working the wood and suffer for two weeks  afterwards. I try to do all my bow making in late winter so the mask is not too hot. It really blows to be so allergic.

Thank you I learned a lot by going to the classic and working with Pat B , Gary Davis, jeff, Shawn,  and a few others really improved my bow making.

It shot much better. There was no hand shock and it pulled smooth.
