Here are a couple pictures of the guys working on a tiller.
The second picture is of the group of bows we are working on.

Hey Will did you see the stave on the right that was from you two years ago.
@ Adam you and me both on seeing it finished. I have been chicken to work on it for the past year. I was hoping my bow building skills would catch up to the difficulty level of that stave.
@ Matt hmmmm may have to crash your tuesday night sometime one of these summers.

Good for you Ioawbow. Thats the way to pass it on. Our group bow night is every other Friday as I live away from the city and the guys I have coming out live there and can't get away as often.  I'm thinking the one on the right will be crazy good if you can pull it off.   Danny

Looks like an awesome set of bows. Really want to see the one on the right finished. Looks challenging.

Lol yep that stave was trouble from the start. Anyway we really made some progress on the new one and it should make a fine bow. It never blew up but it is better to be safe than sorry ya never know about those edge cracks.  Besides the woods are full of osage. One day in the future we all will tiller it out and see what happens. I just did not want you to blow up your first bow. I bet we get her done on sunday.
I should have jw's done on sunday also....no pictures so jw cant peek.

And you are welcome ..helping the new guy build his first bow is just as fun as making your own.
