Tillering string?

Sure will.  I use mine until I am able to put the bow in low brace.

I do like madcrow.  I use a bowstringer until I get to low brace then cut the nocks and make a string.

I use a 7 ply string of flax shoemakers twine knotted at one end for a timber hitch, slip knot on the other.

Same- except a loop and a bowyer's knot. It becoes the bow string later :).

are you guys referring to "550 cord"? does that stuff stretch? i thought that stuff was nylon. :)
