I would be thrilled to get that bow coaster500, and the white to darker heartwood contrast of a yew bow is one of the things that make it so appealing as far as I am concerned.

I like the stiffeners it looks different with them on there.  I would not skin it the contrast between the sapwood and heartwood is what makes Yew look good to me.

Your trade bow is looking good knapper.

That yew is a beauty as is Coaster, if you got my name just sign er' and hit the post office. The snakeskin bow looks equally as nice.

Got her all finished up and ready to ship out. Fought me all the way and that make it even harder to part ways with her. Hope my candidate likes her too.  Red Elm 69.5" T2T  Should have it packaged up and sent south across the border in the next few days.
