This is a Maple (Lowes) board bow made from a 1” x 2” x 8’ maple board. 1.5” parallel tapering to 3/8” over the last 15”.
It is 66” nock to nock pulling 40# at 28”. This was my second successful maple board bow. The first took significantly more set. This took some set but is much better.
This was my first floppy rest. I have made all others with a cut in arrow rest.
I would recommend looking for 1 x 3 or 1 x 4 maple boards in my opinion Maple requires wider than 1.5” to avoid set.

I had been sick with the flew for 3 days. Looks like the full draw is a little short.
