Soy, I love the cork. It is surprisingly durable. I used it to build up the arrow rest on this one, and on another recent bow used cork for the entire handle wrap (

Let it dry thoroughly, finish shaping with 80 grit sandpaper, then another coat of thin wood glue and let dry, sand with 150, and another coat of wood glue, this time not thinned. then whatever finish goes over the bow goes over the handle. I like how shellac adds a nice finish to the cork with steel wool used between coats. Sounds like more work than it is. I like the cork. For the full handle wrap, I cut the cork sheet to size, lapped the edges, and soaked in super thin hide glue for about 30 min before wrapping it around the bow, and wrapping an ace bandage around that.
