Well, I'll give this a shot.
The Fox Indians used a variety of arrows. They were hunter-gatherers of the Great Lakes region and farmed little. Their arrows, as with other Indian tribes, were not standardized. They used everything from wooden blunts, stone and foreshaft, bone, and sometimes arrowheads of copper. Fletching could be two or three short cropped feathers (1/4" tall or shorter) and were most likely split or peeled before applying to the shaft. Shafts were barrel tapered, with weight forward, with bulbous nocks. Reed or cane was also probably used but I don't have any specific information on those.
As far as museums pictures and such, any information on arrows from the Algonquian Indian tribes would be where you need to look.
