Osage Character Bow
« on: January 21, 2013, 09:00:33 pm »
This is my latest bow. It is osage orange, 67" ntn 55# @ 28". The tips are ebony wood, the hand wrap is leather, the finish is 8 coats of Tru-oil and the string is fastflight. I'm really happy with how this bow turned out, it took virtually no set (it had some natural deflex in the top limb which I left alone), it draws smoothly and is a pleasure to shoot. I hope it's new owner likes it. (And thanks to Carson (CMB) for taking the fancy photos)

Thanks for looking  :)

Thank you for the nice comments, gents. I appreciate your feedback.

Lemos, if I'm not mistaken I got this stave from you at the last Sister's gathering. So, thanks!  8)
