that definitely is a work of art, the painting is excellent
and what a bend! two thicknesses of sinew...very nice.

Is it made from a board or a decrowned or full stave?

It is made from a stave (large trunk), worked down to heartwood ring

This little bow is very fast, definitely one of my best bows, amount of added weight in the first 10 inches higher than in following - resulting in a smooth draw

If I were a west coast large fauna around 3 or 4 hundred years ago, it would have been an honor to be hunted and shot by such an incredible bow!
