yuppers I tempered it

Right on bubby, great idea and an essential part of the recipe in my opinion.

Looking great Bubby. Just right on the reflex. can't wait to see that baby bending. You going to paint, skin or leave sinew bare?

i'm not shure yeti was kind of doing an Ishi replica and his bows are plain, I don't have any skins that wide but rawhide and some paint maybe, still undecided

Beautiful bow there Bubby.

I used art. sinew on my first bow.  It was all I had.  It had quit stretching at brace.  But a year later, I decided to restring it with B50.  It was noticably faster with the b50.  Just saying.  But, I completely understand your desire for making it as authentic as possible.  I believe that bow would make meat if you used a shoe string. :)

thank's coaster, i'm thinkin' bout it
thank's OO, it is fast
thank's hedge, art sinew is the same as b-50, it stops stretching
thank's Keenan, I havn't weighed it but it feels every bit of 50-60-#
