Montgomery, AL

I'm from NW Alabama but I'm down here in Montgomery for a job training class. As a newbie to the selfbow world I'm a little short on tools and experience. Does anyone know a good wood working supply or bowyerarium or somewhere I could visit around here after i get out of class. I get out sometime around 3-5 and have NOTHING to do till bedtime. I'm just off Eastchase Parkway. I'm leaving Friday.

I am from NW Alabama.
About 20 miles West of Decatur, Out in the Sticks.

There are at least three of us here in NW Alabama.
Quite a few scattered over the state.
I know there are a few guys around Montgomery but cant remember who they are.....

You need to go to the TN. Classic.... It is a great place for newbies to learn bow making.

What town are you from?

Another NW Alabamian here, live just outside Florence. My shop is set up to make selfbows, drop by if you need any guidance.

I'm live in Central. Just NW of Florence.  I may take you up on the help one of these days. I have a little twist in the both limbs and am not really comfortable fixing it on my own.
