Apache bow set

Hi Guys heres a bow, arrow, and quiver/bow sock I made for someone recently. Unfortunately these are the only pics I have of it now, i may have a full draw one, ill look for it but heres these. The bow is mulberry, about 37 lbs @ 17 inches. arrows are river cane. The quiver and bow sock are made of buckskin and red fleece. I copied the quiver from my book Bows arrows and quiver of the american frontier. The bow is about 41 inches long held about 3-4 of reflex in the handle.

Nice looking set, Caesar.  I'm guessing the mulberry would historically accurate too?

Really sweet! I have a few questions as I would like to make something similar. Is it sinew backed, heat treated? How did you reflex the handle? does the handle bend much? and did you use any of the Mulberry sapwood? Sorry for all the questions, it's a really cool and interesting bow.

Whostino; The bow is sinew backed mulberry. Not heat treated but heat bent. I used dried heat to shape the bow. I use a pot to shape it because it gives a better shape than any form. Its like using a log.  The handle really doesnt bend much at all, at full draw only slightly.
