arrow shafts
« on: January 06, 2013, 11:02:15 pm »
Hey there everyone. I have 470 arrow shafts for trade. These are all seconds from using my router jig but are still usable for anyone who wants to take them on. All of them need straightening. Most need sanding, and none of them are spined. They are all 32" in length and range in diameter from 11/32" - 3/8". Pm me if your interested and what you have for trade. Could always use snake, fish, and/or reptile skins. Could also use sinew, backing strips, (hickory or maple. Already have plenty of bamboo.) Lumber or staves. Basically everything will be considered. If you don't want the whole box, Please either bunches of 24 or 36 as they will fit in a single usps triangle box. I'll will simply grab the amount asked for out of the box so it's a "Grab-Bag" type selection.

Those are your duds? Man, how long have you been collecting those,  ;D.

For every dud I get between 60-80 good shafts. These are still basically good. I just don't feel like straightening them if I don't have too. Plus I'm getting ready to make more soon so I need to make room.

Yes Sir, sounds like a pretty good ratio to me, 70 good to 1 second...

What would you need for a couple dozen?

Possible deal in the works. I'll keep you posted by tomorrow as to what's happening with these.
