Another nice bow out of a wood I've never worked with. Tiller is excellent.   Danny

What a wonderful bow and a great gift for a friend.  I love the magpie feather on the bow, too.  A nice touch.  Even if it would be verrrrry illegal here in the United States.

Thanks all for the very encouraging and nice comments. I liked that stave from takeoff because of it's backset wave in the handle. It gives the bow a nicely high initial tension.
I can't believe magpie feathers would be illegal too, that law must say "you can only touch turkey feathers"  ;D  It would be considered very bad luck to kill a magpie here, though. But I know where the foxes eat and ever since I have a great supply of feathers...
