Another pair of Mocs

Made up another pair from commercially tanned split Buffalo hide..  I like this style for convenience but I am thinking of working up some side-seams some time.   This pair fits great, no need to draw strings or anything. been wearing them all day since completing them. can't wait to hunt in them!

look practical and good fitting
no ones going to survive long or happily if they can't make themselves (or their family) shoes or moccasins.
we kinda take shoes way too much for granted.
when i'm working on things my ancestors worked, singing the songs my ancestors sang, dancing the same dances, speaking the same language, only then  I feel connected to the land, THIS land, where my ancestors walked for thousands of years...
