What got me started
« on: December 13, 2012, 02:28:32 pm »
When I first started making bows I was totally facinated with lever bows. This is just another one of those bows. It was what I thought to be a marginal piece of wood so I made it long and light. It had a lenghtwise crack running from one fade through the handle, and through the other fade and continuing three or so inches up the limb. Obviously "The King" of woods. :D 64" and 40# @ 28" draw. thanks for looking.

Yeah, that unbraced pic is sweet.  I also like the one on the ground.  Looks like the bow is glowing.

Was just wondering yesterday when we might see a new one of your fine bows posted and here we got two for our money today. Another dandy there Jon and they are from my two favorite bow woods, osage & locust. Fine work my friend.
