Antler Pressure Flaking (final video)

This is a short demo on how I have learned to use the antler pressure flaker. First there is a short video on my approach to setting up platforms and following ridges to reduce the thickness and flatten curved biface. The photos were taken after the Ishi stick was used and the opposite side was reduced. Enjoy!

How to Cook It?  200° for 24hrs then 275° to 500° for 4hrs (depending on type), Cool for 12hr

Cool video.  Been working on a bow for my daughter so I haven't knapped lately.  Watching this kinda gave me the fever.

I made two videos. The first video is about how to set a median ridge up (it is a little boring because I dont talk much). The second video is about finishing with overshot work and thoughts on finishing the point
