hi mickey! - i got some nice info from your homepage when i started bow-building! for instance my second bow had tip-overlays following your instructions and they looked the exact same as the ones pictured (used plumwood)

Good deal Frank. Glad it was of some help. Beautiful tips are a sign of fine craftsmanship and one of the first things I look at when examining a bow.
