I see often the question what is a good hunting point. The answer can vary a great deal. So I will just tell ya what worked for me with my bow and shaft. I shoot a 60# osage bow and 650 grain arrow counting the point. The point is 140 grains. The shaft is made from dogwood. The flint is Burlington and is ABO. This point went all the way through the deer and through the rib of a small deer. The point is 2.5 inches long, 1 1/8 inch width, and thin for ABO
