That is a nice looking bow.  Those osage tips look especially nice on that yew.  That will make someone a sweet little target shooter.

It can be challenging to know how far to push those clusters of pins....   I like your comment "perfection is the enemy of good
all in all well done
For the record yew does grow closer to you than here.   It grows in the cascade mountains of Eastern B.C.  the Nelson to Revelstoke corridor has some great wood.   We just have more of it here

I figured there was yew in the southern interior, but I wasn't sure where. Did you get that yew lumber sorted yet?
