Lukas Novotny, of Saluki Bows makes both authentic horn bows and "hybrid" bows (traditional bows with Eurasian influence) You may also want to look at the ATARN (Asian Traditional Archery Network) site. I've owned two Kassai horsebows: the Magyar Sport and the Avar. Both were well made and good shooters, especially when you consider that they had fiberglass limbs.
