Cardo-Rehab Arrows

Since the Heartattach I have been going to Cardo-Rehab three days a week.
After rehab I am wasted.  Was just setting around watching daytime TV.

I have Viewed and Chewed until I thought I was in the Land of Oz. ???
Cant take anymore of that....  So I started these.
Hope to have them finished in the next week.

Nice arrows David. Arrows are not strenuous to make like bows can be.  ;) Take advantage of your time off and do what you can. I can sympathize with you about the sitting around thing. I hurt worst after sitting around then I do after a day of physical labor.  Take care, David.  ;)

Here are a few specks on the arrows.
Cain shaft with a Privet Insert and self nicks.
The inserts are about 4" long.  Most of it is inside the hollow on the front end of the arrows.
Inserts are glued in with hot melt.
Made the inserts with a drill.  Chucked them up and sanded them round with 50 grit
The hollow had to be drilled out some so the insert would fit inside.
I have another 6 arrows that are not this far along.  Will see if I can get a pix of the insert posted.
The first 4" of the shaft was wrapped with sinew and then coated with tight-bond II.
Going to sand the sinew/glew smooth and then the whole shaft will be sealed with poly-shade. 
Hope to get them sealed today.  It is going to rain tomorrow so I wont be able to go Squirrel hunting.
Will cut feathers and fletch tomorrow.

The arrows are 33" long tip to tip.  I have a 28" draw and hope to shoot these with a 50lb bend through the handle recurve.

Thanks for the replies and good thoughts.
The shafts were a bit light in color for my liking so they were coated with two coats of Minwax Gel Stain. (Aged Oak 602)
This stain drys real slow....  Still tacky this morning. 
Once they are completely dry a bit of steel wool will be used to buff them slick then the sealer will be applied.
Then the feathers.....
