Gold-n-Copper
« on: October 16, 2012, 08:48:19 am »
Osage and pseudo skins. I had been wanting to try the snake skin fabric that 3rivers offers. It is ok I guess with a little attention to the cut edges. 63" and 60# @ 28". Used a whole can of spray poly to get the look of the fabric like I wanted it. Turned out good enough for a stick shooter I guess.

Your bow and skins look good from here. Also like your choice of background, nice effect.

Great looking bow. Thanks for sharing. After seeing your skins, I just ordered one of each from 3Rivers. We'll see how good the shipping to Canada is.

Nice job! I bet it's a little easier to carry through the bush than that hunting rifle in the background.

Thats a fine looking osage bow Jon and your tilling is always right where it should be. Does seem a little odd to see you drawing such a long bow though  :o.
