How do I keep in weight tubes?

Any trick for keeping in weight tubes?  Mine keep popping my knocks out.

Sounds like a carbon arra problem. I use expoy to hold in a finish nail in my cane arras. No problem.

I use just a little contact cement on the weight tube before i insert into arrow

I shoot carbon out of my recurve....just because a person is on this site, does that mean he/she shoots nothing but stick bows and natural arrows??  Granted his question may be a little off topic for this site but he is new and probably didnt know.

Roadking you should check out the tradgang site...just google them...they are mostly if not all recurve shooters and they can also answer any questions you might have
