a new knife for grandson

my oldest grandson will be able to hunt big game this coming season so i made him this knife for Christmas, i did buy this blade, it's his first knife and i wanted it to be a good one, rawhide lined the sheath, got this leather and a whole lot more give to me from a upholster, Bub

failure is an option, everyone fails, it's how you handle it that matters.

Nice knife Bubby! He's gonna be real excited when he sees that I'm sure. Remember my first couple from way back in the 60's, started with a simple pen knife from my grandparents then a scout knife was next, started the fire for my love of the outdoors. I remember just
holding that scout knife and turning it around in my hand and day dreaming about camping and such, oh to be a kid again,lol.
Anyway, good job there grandpa ;)
