Why don't we have a thread to post pictures of the view from our stands? I like seeing the differences in the terrains across the nation. This is north Texas, where hunting over feeders is the rule.

And, here's some of the intended quarries. They don't come out in the light very often. The trail cam gets about even numbers of deer and hog pictures.

This is middle TN. Stand over a creek,woods to the east and food plot to the west.

Got 3 places, one stand and 2 ground blinds....usually I'm down in the swamp but damned if I didn't get up with the "high ground" folks this year.....

the last 2 pics are views from the ground blinds....the 3rd pick is the tree stand.

Rich it sure is something to see all the fall colors up there. Looks like a great place to hunt. It is still pretty green around here.

If it keeps raining my hunting is going to be out of a boat, next week. Great pictures, guys, ready for some Tenn. scenery.

Love those pictures. Rich, those maples remind me of making maple syrup. I sure miss that. Beautiful scenery.

Love this thread.., will post again later but in the two pics below I am
50 yds north of my stand. Left corner you can see a mineral block. Other
pic shows how calm deer are in this spot. Pulling out of here this week.

Here are a few from my stand Saturday,lots of white oak and some beach thrown in,I love beach in my area,they hold there leaves all winter and make for great cover.

Leaves are just starting to turn here in TN.beautiful pictures guys,I love the swamp pictures but bet the skeeters would suck in the warm weather we have here a lot of early bow season.

This is my favorite setup. I took a nice buck at 20 yards near the dead log across the trail. The deer come in and turn to my right at 10 yards for nice shots also. It is a hot setup once the corn is picked. This year at 15 yards on the left side of trail is a scrap.

Yesterday morning's hunt, from my stick blind in a tree cluster.

And the evening hunt, looking out across the Great Valley from my Treesaddle. If I posted a full pixel photo and named several well known land marks in the area, you could probably pull out a topo map and figure out exactly where this spot is.
